A few practical things

Which studios can I book?

Eligible studios are still being confirmed. Once signup opens, the published plan and your account will list the studios you can book.

What happens to unused sessions?

Sessions expire at the end of their paid period. They do not roll over to the next month.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead to return the session to your allowance within the same paid period. Contact East West about later changes.

Are equipment and crew included?

No. Equipment, crew, extra time and production support are agreed and charged separately.

How does renewal work?

Choose automatic monthly card payments or pay for one month at a time with Mobile Money or card. Manage renewal in your account. Cancelling automatic renewal keeps access until the paid period ends.

Can my work be featured?

Work made at East West can be submitted for consideration. The team reviews selection and agrees any feature with you. Promotion is not guaranteed.

Can I propose a class?

Yes. Use the existing workshop or masterclass proposal form. If accepted, dates, hosting and commercial arrangements are agreed before publication.
