No. Requests are reviewed manually and availability is confirmed by the team. Your date is only held once East West confirms it with you.
No. The website does not take payments. A request or a quote is not a charge — East West arranges any payment or deposit with you directly.
Not yet. East West contacts you using the email or phone number in your request. If you sent it while signed in, you can also follow its status in your account.
Yes. Use Plan a project to describe what you have in mind. The team reviews your brief and, where it is a good fit, prepares a proposal for you.
Accepting a proposal does not charge you or reserve dates. East West confirms your dates after checking availability and receiving any required deposit, which is arranged with you directly.
No. You can send booking and project requests as a guest. With an account, requests you send while signed in appear in Your requests, and you can respond to project quotes there.
